The PR003
So after completing the Moroccan desert challenge, we’ve come back with an abundance of ideas to improve and move forward with a new vehicle project. PR003 is born.
Meet PR003
PR003 is unlike anything else on the Rally Raid grid. Designed and engineered from the ground up, every component has been selected for one purpose: To survive and perform in one of the harshest racing environments on Earth.
Current development includes:
- Utilisation of central chassis with spaceframe to front and rear.
- Mid-engine turbocharged powertrain
- Sequential 4wd transaxle
- Independent suspension
- Lightweight portal hub technology
- Long-travel suspension within the class structure
- Four-wheel drive
- Extensive weight optimisation
- Motorsport-grade electronics
- FIA-compliant safety systems
Every component is being developed through extensive testing, analysis and real-world engineering experience. This is not a modified production car. It is a purpose-built Rally Raid machine designed to challenge the world's toughest deserts.
Throughout the project, we'll document every stage of design, manufacturing, testing, and development. Follow PR003 from its first CAD drawing to the start line.
